This one took me forever. There are many layers, filters and masks in the project file. Also, lots of video clips that didn't make it into the final.
Maddog - the "watch in high quality" is something that will happen automagically if you upload a video with higher quality/resolution. The file I uploaded was 640x480 and only lightly compressed. It was over 450MB in size when I sent it. Of course, YouTube still compresses the poop out of it, but the new "high quality" is a great improvement.
