What Cost? - YouTube video

Well, I'm on a roll. I just posted a new video on YouTube. It's another music video of a recent tune, "What Cost?" Now if only I could make the camera take off weight and age...

YouTube - What Cost?

That was so sad, Keith, made me want to cry The killer part of the lyric was the "Tonight" - don't ask me why, it just made it real for me.

Very nice song, lyrics, singing, picking everything! Just perfect. If there was any justice, this would be a monster hit and you would never have to 'work' (in a 'job') ever again.

Please tell me you will try to get a record deal or a manager, or something........you have talent to burn...and then some - this song alone could keep you in luxury for a decade or so - I really mean it, and if you don't get out there and sell yourself, I'll have to come over there and kick your sorry @$&*

This is a hit. No doubt. Everything from the lyrics, the vocals, the guitar playing, the production. The song moved me and that's always a sign of a truely wonderful song. Great job.

When you told me you were doing this one, I couldnt wait to see it(since its a great song). I wasn't disappointed! Great Song. Great Video. I've been listening to that almost daily for a week or so now, and the video just made it "come alive" even more.

Keith, get a job! Oh yes, that job should be songwriting, music production and video production. You are not only a truly nice guy, but also a spectacular talent.

Wow! Thanks! I guess you guys like this one. I really appreciate the kind words.

Eddie - Thanks! I need all the stars I can get.

Carol - why don't you come over here and be my manager. Someone has to kick me to get me moving.

The word "Tonight" hits at an important turn in the melody. I feel it there even without the words.

Maddog - I guess you got a chance to see it before you had to go this morning. I'm glad you liked it.

Ian - At this time it looks like my next job might include asking "Would you like fries with that?"

ratiugsj - Thanks! I am moved greatly by the pictures of the crying soldiers. I can feel their pain.

starsailor - Thanks for the kind comment.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
