Kenny

X4string drive posted a nice piano backing track in another thread, this is me doing my best to drown him out! I'm posting this at his suggestion. Check out the original post for the difference between two interpretations of the same piece of music. It's in the Backing Tracks forum; 'Piano BT & Plea'. SlickCat does a really beautiful mellow slide solo, and it's so totally different from my take.

smooth playing and gentle feeling, mind feels like drifting over a bottle of Kirin beer

I probably never listen to how other songwriters write their songs, I just write on using my own imagination. windsong

You can really make that guitar express itself. Umm - I guess it expresses yourself, now that I think of it.

Anyway very enjoyable, well done, even if I only have Busch beer.

Thanks Ian for doing this, much better than I thought possible considering the BT, you really brought this to life. Sweet sweet playing, such emotion!!!

Thanks very much guys, I really enjoyed playing this. Thanks Kenny for the great BT. I've still got to fix that ending though.

Thanks Keith, and thank you Nutty.
Kenny, can we replace the word 'skills' with 'happy accidents'? You're making me blush!

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
