Are you on dial up RockerWilly? If so, you might find it times out before it uploads.
If not, here is how you upload a file if you're not sure.
Write your message, then go down to where it say additional options, then attach files, then click on manage attachments - browse to find the file on your computer, then click on the upload button, when it finishes uploading you will see the name of your file listed under current attachments. If you want to upload another file, just repeat the process, browse and find it on your computer and hit the upload button. Then close that small window and submit your new thread or post.
You need to have your file in either a mp3, wma or wmv format or it won't work.
Hope that helps. Let me know if it doesn't and I'll look into it further for you.
Cheers
Clancy

TO find out the file type, just right click on the file and go to properites and you will see the file type.
If it's a wav, you'll have to convert it to a mp3 before you can upload it. There are many free programs out there that enable you to do this.

Google for wav. to MP3 converters, I use Cheetha. Works well for me. The problem with wav. files is that they are huge.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule
Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
Buy it now for only $10 |
