O Come Emmanuel
This recording is killing me! I'm getting zips, bops, and whirs (like the marvelous toy!) because of the way Leopard is interfacing with my presonus. As a result, there are a few clicks, but I just couldn't bring myself to redo the whole track for the guitar because of those things.
For fun, I added some flute. Don't know what I think about it - but it's there!
I thought I'd add this before Christmas got here. My son says it's a 5 on the guitar and a 4.5 on the vocals. Not certain if this is on a 10 point scale or a star system. I'm hoping stars! So here it is...

Very nice. I think your son was saying 5 out of 5. That is an old one. Parts go back to the 8th century though the O Emanuel part was more likely added in the 12th century. I love reading the history of some of these tunes.

Todd,
Well I most certainly loved the vocals. Nice job I am proud of you.
The guitar playing was very good. Check out your recording setup. Your getting some unwanted crackles, but you already know that.
As far as the other instruments, I think they fit very well.

Allthumbs - Thank you for the background/history to the song. It's a very haunting melody in some ways.
Dad, thank you for supporting my musical life in so many ways.
X4string, thank you for the vocal compliment. I truly appreciate your time guys.

Very nice!
With my presonus box I had to change a setting in Digital Performer. I had to set a "Work Priority" to Low. It solved my pops and clicks. I don't know if there is a similar setting in your software.

Thanks Rockerbob. I'll check that out. I only installed the drivers and I'm using garage band right now. But, I'll try and look a little deeper and see if there is something like that in the software.

Fly135 - thank you for the comment (on the singing and the guitar). I hope you have a very Merry Christmas - if I haven't already said that - and a happy New Year as well.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule
Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
