Singin' With the Kids: The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything

I was having fun doing some recording with the kids tonight- we put together a slapdash version of "The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything" from the VeggieTales movie "Jonah". As you can tell, we had plenty of laughs while doing this one!

Good job guys. I've been out in the studio playing around with my kids. If we get something that they feel comfortable posting, I might do the same. It's a great thing to see our kids getting into music.

What a hoot, that would warm the coldest heart, as the young pirate says its a keeper.

I saw a werewolf drinking a pina colada at Trader Vic's,

Thanks all- my favorite part in the whole thing is the "Yeah! Let's Keep it! Perfect!" at the end. I was chatting with Rockerbob last night in the chatroom and we talked about how cool it is to have things like this to look back on down the road. Hopefully, I can keep them singing and eventually playing with me as they grow up. They'll love seeing the comments BTW.

LoL just listened to this! Too cute! My kids love(d) Veggie Tales as well...they drove me INSANE on a trip one year singing the Cheeseburger song. Anytime they saw a Denny's they started again!(we're talking a 25hour trip)
Keep it! Perfect! That's true treasure, pirates!

Yeah, that's another good song- they've done a lot of catchy fun songs. The one that always cracks me up is the SUV song.
