A Nirvana cover. It's hard changing chords and stepping on the pedal at the same time.......

Well Peptic, it sounds like you had a lot of fun with that.
Some big sounds in there.

Good effort Peptic.
As AT says, some backing music would be good - it can also help cover up or blend the transition as you change chord and step on the pedal. You'll need to be able to use multitracking for this, there are some great videos here: http://www.acousticplayermagazine.co...ideo2_001.html these are for Adobe Auditions but I expect it'll be very similar to other software. Great to hear your music, keep working.

X4 - I don't think it was cool to Come As You Are to Peptic Dust - her music is quite In Bloom! You probably should have taken some Lithium first, perhaps washed down with a spot of PennyRoyal Tea. You should probably Turnaround and Stay Away, and mind your own Beeswax - lest you be cast into the Lake Of Fire. I thought her tune was a very Radio Friendly Unit Shifter.

P.S. - Nice job, Peptic Dust!

(...yes, I admit it - I did have to hit their discography for a couple of those!)

How long did it take to think that one up?

I've just started on the Lake of Fire solo, so wish me luck.

Hi there PD. Nirvana seems to be the starting point for many guitarists right now. Its so cool from you to start recording your musical progress in guitar. I just made you a backing track for the song. It may be a fun exercize for you to play and maybe you can record yourself over this file Hope it helps. GT

Well Peptic,
GT certainly gave you a terrific track to work with.
I am not into Nirvana so the track helps go back and hear what your first post was like. And hear the next version.
Have fun. Maybe I need to hear the original. Old folks, hmmm.
