Has a beat similar to Auld Lang Syne (not very Irish I know) apart from that it doesn't sound like anything I know. Good effort Hilch.

It reminded me of a tune I have heard somewhere. It was unclear in the first post whether this was from an existing tune or an original.

I have played it for a fair few people at home like relatives and the like and everyone seems to say the same thing . " I know that but can't tell you what it is "..

I know one thing on the electric with volume and gain it sounds awesome , just some drums and let it rock ..

A little string bending and the occassional slide ...

But I don't have any backing tracks

Go electric anyway! Sounds good!

Trev,
I listened, and tried to play with the tune. I has possibilities
for accompaniments. I need an mp3 though to follow it.

Hilch has linked it to Soundclick now Eddie, so you should be able to grab the mp3 file.

Cheers

Clancy

I don't know Trev. After all, he never had to learn to count higher than two.
