You are getting better hilch, that was a nice little progression. Are those real birds because they seemed in time with your playing....you should use them more

Birds are out side my window ..

When I started to ply they started chirpping , I didn't know if they were trying to drown me out or sing along

I will one thing though my hand is sore now ..

But it was worth the effort

Thanks for the feed back people , really appreciate it

I've never heard you play before Trevor, but your strumming is really smooth. Flawless. Nice job.

Jack Johnson LMAO , I don't think his voice ever sounded as bad as mine LOL

While the left hand was in plaster I was putting a capo on different frets and just strumming away , hopefully it helped me ..

Thanks for all the feed back

Really appreciate it

Thanks

Hi Hilch,
Nice job strumming. I believe your chords were G A G F A G F . Your first verse was perfect...I believe its
G ^v^v^v (down up strums) 4 times
A ^v^v^v (down up strums) 2 times
G ^v^v^v (down up strums) 2 times
F ^v^v^v (down up strums) 1 time
A ^v^v^v (down up strums) 1 time
G ^v^v^v (down up strums) 1 time
F ^v^v^v (down up strums) 1 time

That set should carry thru the song, but on your second verse(set) you strummed the 1st G 1time too many...A;G;F;A;were good 2nd G you hit 2times too many last F was good.
The third verse you strum G 2 times too many the rest was good.
The last verse I think you missed a chord.
Any way If you write down on a piece of paper the chords and how many times you should strum them it will help you keep the flow. Your doing great so keep it up...I hear a big difference in your playing already. You'll be jamming real soon

Wow Slick Cat ..

I really do have to be careful now , you picked my mistakes up really well , But you did get something wrong the chords ...

I cheated as I can't play F yet , so I put a capo on the 2nd fret and played D for 4 measures then G for 2 measures D for 2 measures then A for 1 measure then back to D ...

Cappo would have put you off a little in picking the chords but hey I should have mentioned that at the start ...

But thank you for listening so carefully , that tells me it was sort of kinda like music ..

I actually got lost a little as my hand started aching { no excuse though }

Thank you

Appreciate the feed back

You've effectively transposed it to a I, IV, V of E, A and B Hilch, but that strumming and the chord changes are sounding pretty cool apart from that teensy-weensy little counting error.

Hilch.....you got me on the capo The way I determined the chords you were playing was by picking the root notes on my standard tuned guitar that match the tone you had (by ear) then I wrote down the chords I thought you were playing. Still you did a great job
