Sweet, Your a little too far back in the mix though. I don't want to miss a note of your slide work. Very cool.

Nice one, SlickCat. Was that in standard tuning? Sounds like it.

I also did a slide version of this a while ago ... it's a different backing track I think, but it's the same progression in Bm. Great to play along to. I play slide in dropped-D, so almost standard.

Hi Kirk..
I dont know what tuning Im in. I tuned my guitar to fit the backing track.
F# B F# B D F#
(6 5 4 3 2 1)
Do you know what that would be?

Looks like it is tuned to an open Bmin chord with the 5 interval F# inversion.
The intervals are 5,1,5,1,b3,5.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
