Norwegian Wood Part 2
This version was done with a midi drum and sitar backing track, then added bass, guitar and some bad vocals to it, hope its better than the last attempt

Nice! I like the sitar, but it could have been a bit louder in the mix. I only hear your "accent" on the words good and wood.

Excellent - and yeah, bring up the Sitar...it sounds really nice!
I think you have a good voice for this song - really good singing and playing.

Nice job Joe Strummer!
My grandpa came from Glascow and I can hear the Scottish accent loud and clear. Works well for anything Beatles! I'd tell you a story all about the group of Scottish lads from the EASTA (East of Scotland Tartan Army) I lost some time with in Berlin a few years ago, as they were following the Scottish football team around Europe for a series of friendly matches, but this is a family forum with players of all ages! (If you send me a private message and I'll send you a link to a story I wrote about this! (The Legend of Seamus Hughes and the Beast of Berlin!)

Sitar's sounding good now Joe, nice addition, but I feel the guitars could also be brought up just a touch. How's the finger, BTW?

Many thnx si16, fingers sort of painful, lol thats what i get for helping my son, never again. Im going to redo the whole mix, my soundcard is playing up and for some reason its giving out a huge hum when my amp goes into the line out hence the levels are a bit lower, ill have to change it i think.

If you've still got the driver, try re-installing it. If that doesn't work then download the most recent drivers from the manufacturers website. Worth a shot before taking the trouble of replacing it.

Very Nice
Joe Strummer, both were very nice. The second one with a louder sitar was a nice touch, way to catch that rockerbob. Looking forward to more posts.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule
Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
