Jean,
What a timeless melody and one of my all time favorites. I wanted so much to hear more! I'll have that in my head as I go to sleep tonight. Thanks!!!!
Excellent job! And on the classical gave it such a serene sound. Beautiful!
Les

Beautiful, Jean. My only comment is that you seem to be rushing it ... take your time, relish each note and chord!

Thankyou Kirk, for your time and reply!
I'll give it another go as soon as the sun comes round again and I can go practice in my the new house, (we are about finished with it!) at the moment there is no furniture in my upstairs room with a view of the bay, and the sound of the nylon is really beautifull with the empty room... we've been building for about three years now, phew... but now I'm ranting and getting of topic, sorry Kirk
And thanks for everything!
Jean

That was nice, only bad side, the sound was very low, and when I tried turning it up, it went a bit hissy.
May I suggest..

Free it is too, and very very good, you can use the Amplify function to bring sections or the entire peice up a notch and use the noise reduction and other compressor tools and such to try and eliminate as much of the noise as you can.
Other then that, I would go with Kirk, really nice sound you had on that Nylon and some good playing too, but probably like me you are a bit nervous when recording, I always sound better when I am not recording myself and often kick myself in the ass for not clicking the record button before I started playing.

Nice work. Keep it up.
I am learning how to sing Amazing Grace using House of the Rising Sun as the melody. Actually I am strumming it. It is coming along pretty well. Someone sent me tab for a slide version of Amazing Grace which I am working on with my JT Resonator.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule
Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
