It's one I've always meant to get around to also. It'd take me quite a while to get it to sound as good as this though.

I've never heard this done on guitar before... One of the first songs I learned on piano...!!!

You finger pickers constantly amaze me...!!!!

Thanks for all the comments and nice words. yah, it was done on my 314ce, the reverb is there to cover up how old my stings are.. I was learning it on a keyboard when i decided to figure it out on the guitar, i followed the sheet music pretty much but it was written for piano so i had to make some comprimisies. Like playing the trebble and bass in the same octave. I tried to figure it out exactly like the sheet music (up an octave) but i started having to use some hard barre chords and that just wasnst working. anyways it was an iteresting experiance working with standard notation, dont know if i want to do it agian anytime soone though . Thanks again for listening.

That's great, well done. A special pat on the back for working it all out yourself, wish I could do that.

Nice! Could have used a little more volume I had a hard time hearing it on my computer speakers and I had it cranked right up. As someone who has struggled trying to finger pick a couple of tunes, I respect the work it takes to get all the notes down pat.

I love that song. I can't seem to find any decent tabs. Most of them are the twelveth fret to the 15th fret fingerings. I find them awkard to play. Any directions to a good tab?
thx

PS keep up the great recordings

here's the tab i made for it, the opening part of the melody gets played in three ocatves the rest in two, mainly i was just messing around with differnt ways to play it, but here it is, all the ties are an attempt to get the midi to sound right. use hammer ons and pull offs at you discression. i dont play all the tab is the recording, still trying to get the hard part down. let me know what you think. enjoy
