  Jealous Guy

I noticed a thread regarding The Beatles yesterday which got me thinking about doing some Beatles stuff, however, I thought about Jealous Guy and lennon's "whistle" and thought That would be a really enjoyable song to do as the whistle makes it. I recorded all my "bits" saving the whistle for last. One slight problem..when I come to whistle I have no ability to do it!!! It just sounded like a strangled cat with a throat infection!!!!

You'll have to turn your volume up as my MP3's seem to record low.

Cheers

Thanks Jean

Thanks for that. I've really enjoyed getting involved with this site. I learnt the guitar myseld with no help other than a few chord boxes and working out things from tabs. I would have loved to have known about this site when I started as I think I'd have moved on quicker. Thanks to Kirk's lessons and other peoples postings I feel a lot better about my playing.

All feedback (positive and negative) is gratefully accepted. All I'm doing is looking to improve

Cheers

Very nice. Getting volume is a problem with me to, You have to almost redline the volume without clipping the signal.Very good job.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
