Cool   Peter Gunn

I was fooling around with my RP100 footpedal and got this chunky sound and just started playing peter gunn out of the blue. So I got the blue brothers recording so I could figure out the melody. I tried to put a Satriani type lead to it, I kind of lost it near the end.

Great work. I liked the start and end. I am not much for the scale work in the middle, just not my cup of tea. Pretty nicely done tune. Impressive.

I love it. That's a great tune and you did a great job with it. Makes me want to pull out my heater and slap around some chumps. That's the way to impress the dames, you know.

I loved it too, it's great. From a fellow CNC programmer.
(Wish I could program my guitar!)

That was really well done!
Although I am with allthumbs about the middle part, still you did a great job with the tune.
Keep it up!!

Very cool, strtblstr. It was sounding like Ravel's Bolero there at the end when the harmonizer came in.

Nicely done! I'm not usually into the speed scale thing, but that , to me, seemed to fit pretty well. Nice tones on the lead guitar part, too.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
