  Fingerpicking

I love fingerpicking and blues. Here is a small piece of a Keb Mo song.

Good stuff MKenn. No-one's posted in the Recording Booth for a while but that was well worth waiting for. Superbly played although perhaps not enough definition on the bass part.

  very nicely done

Very encouraging to hear you play mkenn.
This is the same musical style that has drawn me to finally learn to play the guitar.
Thanks for the boost.

I'd also have to agree with everyone, great job. The transition bits and special licks make it a real treat to listen to. How did you record it?
thanks

I have a small recording program on my PC called Audio Record Wizard.
Very simple program that uses an ordinary PC microphone.
I've had it for a long time and I'm sure I downloaded it.

Thank you for the kind words

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
