Biography:
I'm originally from a small town in Mississipi not far from where Robert Johnson was from. I got my start playing the guitar late in the summer of 1959. My grandad is the one who got me started. He had played in a bluegrass group for a large portion of his life. Around the time I turned 13 I was given a stack of old records, one of them was a recording by Robert Johnson called the Terraplane Blues, from that day on I was hooked on the blues.
