What a fine collection, Dan!
Here are mine, from left to right:
Michael Palm resonator; Gibson J-50 (1951); Goya classical (1966); Gibson nylon (1963); Kim Hancock archtop; Fender Stratocaster (early 60's).
The resonator and archtop are made by local Brisbane luthiers. The Strat I bought in London in 1973 ... it was setup by Seymour Duncan, who was the guitar tech for Fender Soundhouse at the time . The Gibson J-50 I bought for $150 in a Montreal pawn shop in 1969, the Gibson nylon I bought in Sydney Australia after not being able to put it down in the shop and the Goya was my first 'good' guitar ... it's seen a bit of wear and tear after spending some years with my kids.

Wow - awesome looking collection there! Very nice. Of course, we would expect nothing less than impressive.
I can’t help about the shape I’m in
I can’t sing, I ain’t pretty and my legs are thin.
But don’t ask me what I think of you
I might not give the answer that you want me to...

I've owned quite a few others ... An SG, years ago; a 335 decades ago; a Telecaster ... a Kay, an F-hole Gibson acoustic (L-4 as I recall) ... but if I find I'm not playing them, I sell them to (hopefully) people who will. There's nothing worse to me that thinking of a beautiful well set-up guitar in a case, under a bed or in the attic, not being played. Very sad.

I completely agree Kirk. This is one reason I can't understand guitars as "art pieces." To me a guitar has a soul, and when you hang it up on the wall or put it in its case, you are caging it up like some animal. If you just leave it in thier, you are negleting it, terrible and shamefull imo.

Those Gibsons look sweet. I wish that their new ones had the character of those older ones. I had a Gibson SG back in the mid '60s. Wish I still had it!

Kirk, nice guitars that you have there. I didn't see your amps or effects yet. Did you post them somewhere?
I love your slide sound, and would like to have more info about it.
I will post a picture or two of my equipment as soon as I find the best shots I have of it. But until them, I'm all eyes...
After all these years, I still didn't find a sound that I like with my stuff

3 years! ACK!
Take that poor instrument for a walk, and then play it till your fingers swell up like sausages. That might make up for a small bit of the neglect.

There's some beautiful guitars you have there Kirk!
I won't ask you which one is your favourite, since it's like someone asking you which one of your children is your favourite. Impossible!!

Nice collection!
Is the room humidified.
Guess I assume you're in a dry climate.
