New Guild

Got a new git recently, a Guild GAD 25. Solid mahogany top, back, and sides, 3 piece mahogany neck. Grover Rotomatics, bone nut, real mother of pearl dot inlays on the neck and head.

A nice playin' ax, and sounds a little brighter than ya'd expect from a mahogany gittar.

Heres a couple more. The bindings are wood. They come without the rear strap button attached...I just haven't put it on yet.

Mine came without one too! Wonder why? I was given a tapered bone one, and I just pushed it in, wondering if I should glue it in.

I think they ship them that way to keep any hairline fractures from happening, at least that's what they said at the music store. I seldom stand up when I play acoustic, so I'll probably just leave it in the case.

Nice case they come with, too!

Yeah mahogany tends to have abit of a darker sound. But very full sound.

Post a sound clip?

Great looking guitar, nice tone to a mahaogany body. Enjoy.
