Black pickguard

Hi guys and gals-

So I slapped a black pickguard on my red wine Tele and I must say I love it! It looks better than I ever imagined. Now I am just waiting on my chrome ashtray bridge cover to arrive...

P.S. Anyone know where I can find some good guitar decals??

That looks great with the black PG!

You may need to switch to a "vintage" 3-saddle bridge plate for the ashtray cover to fit....I'm not sure if it fits the modern 6-saddle bridge. If your Tele is a MIM (Made in Mexico), it's a very simple straight-across swap and will cost less than $25 for the bridge plate and saddles. If you decide to do it and have any questions, let me know.

Great combination of body/P-guard/maple neck.

Looks Great...StratRat is right....the ashtray cover only fits vintage bridges. You have a modern bridge.
You can get one here : Guitar Bridges
