Wow, Fly135, you mean like actually playing for someone else to hear? Um, I'm not sure that's such a good idea.
I've just now learned how to post pics. I will try to record a little something and post it. I gotta warn you, though, after a year and a half I don't think what I produce with my guitar is considered "music" yet.

No warning necessary. We're all hoping we are better than someone else.

Well, yeah I'm better than my 10 yr. old son (who doesn't play guitar).
Anyway, I do enjoy learning and every once in a while I get an epiphany and something just clicks. Great feeling.

Nice pair you've got there, Raf. What model Taylor is that?

Stratrat, it's a 2006 Taylor 310. Acoustic only, no electronics. I love it.

Very nice Raf, really like that 310.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule
Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
Buy it now for only $10 |
