New Guitar

Well, here is my new baby. Brought her home about 3 weeks ago. Love the sound both plugged and un-plugged.

New stuff is great! Seems like your playing improves immediately on the first strum. Nice.

Isn't that the truth. I bought a Fender Squire about 4 years ago for $88(I did not know any better at that time). The action is high and it is hard to play. When I bought the Ibanez, it was like night and day. I am going to keep the Fender for now and try to lower the action and add lighter strings. Use it as a beater or take anywhere guitar.

krissovo, I will as soon as I get a little better and figure out my recording issues(playing around more with the software).

Getting that action lowered is a much easier job than you think. All it is is truss rod adjustment, bridge height adjustment, and if needed, a small neck shim.

eXperiment63, I have been reading up on this, the problem right now is time. Getting married beginning of July, hopefully closing on a house either 2 days or a week before the wedding. Time is not one thing I have for that guitar yet. I am sure I will post back if I have any questions.
Thanks for the encouragement.
