Show'n off my brand new gear.

Hi everybody, it's been awhile since I was able to post to the forum,
anyway, I scraped up enough dough to buy myself some new stuff. Bought a brand new Paul Reed Smith SE EG and a new amp ( Peavey VK 212 ); just wanted to let you all know that this stuf is dynamite, and I think I got a really good value, the axe is light, fast and sounds oh so sweet, and the amp rocks way loud but cool tones too. Now I just need to find some jam partners, haven't had anybody to play with since I moved from Oregon to Texas. Anybody out there from NE Texas (about an hour NE of Dallas?). I've been working on my blues and classic rock stuff, finally learning a bit of lead stuff, but still consider myself more versed in the rythym section. Anyhow's just wanted to start getting back in touch and say Hi to my old buds and all you people that are new since I was around.

Welcome back, USGold. The pics didn't work for me, but the PRS SE is a righteous guitar - congrats!

Seriously..that is one of the sweetest looking axe's I have ever seen. If I ever go electric, I would have my eye on one of those babies. Have fun

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
