thanks oh - forgot - also have Roland Micro Cube - also impressive for it's little size/price and battery powered! The Strat I've had for about a month and I'm very surprised (I put off getting one until now) and now find it's my favorite of the lot in terms of tone and comfort. Oh also forgot - I have a FRETLIGHT too - this was the "strat clone" that made me finally get a real Fender Strat. Though this one feels more like a Squire - it's not bad and the tone was good enough to make me want a real strat.

Other stuff aro und - Roland midi Sound Canvas
Alesis powered montiors
Peavy PV14 mixer

I like my toyz- the more buttons and dials and lights the better. = )

Looks liked a great place to hang out.

I picked up another! on a fluke. I started some guitar lessons 6 months ago. He's been coming to the house once a week. Today was our last lesson as he's leaving the state - (young 20's guy looking for some fun in the sun). anyway - he and his buddy were a bit short on cash before the trip... and offered to sell his....

John Mayer signature guitar with awesome INCASE padded Mayer Signature case. (around 1500.00 new) is a few months old...
I paid 700.00! I could have gotten it for 550-600 I'm sure... but sounded more than fair. SWEET! Beige color with the rust "GT" racing stripe. I'm not a fan of the looks, but I couldn't pass up that deal.

Hi Rojoyinc, was wondering what you thought of the Fretlight as an additional learning tool? I've been playing a short time and take lessons but was thinking of getting one for learning additional songs and scales.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
