Grandson got a guitar for christmas so have dug mine out of the attic to keep him company. I gave up about ten years ago, this time with sites such as this how can I fail. As I said great site, keep it going.

That is great! My son got a guitar for Christmas and I have never played so I am going to try to teach myself to teach him.

Grandson and myself now have twenty sore fingers (between us) have been practising hard at the cords:

and having a go at 'Over The Rainbow'

Am confident that we will get there (not sure where 'there' is but we are heading for it) The more I look at this and other postings the more I like it.
