Hi everyone,
I am originally from Ireland, where growing up, it seemed as if everone, including my family could sing, do the riverdance or play an instrument... i couldn't, so rather than feeling inept,...I emigrated
Now, aged 40, & 3 teenagers and a todler later, I decided to try to learn the guitar...Who knows, maybe one day I will go back to Ireland
Anyway, I finally got a guitar last week (christmas present) and desparate for knowledge, I came across this site. Looks like the friendliest place on the internet, so i decided to join up. Anyway, hoping to make progress (and friends) with your help. Family are all hoping so too,... they are getting a bit bored of 'Knock knock knocking on heaven's door" which is the limit of my accomplishements so far.
