Hi all,
My name is Rob and I'm from Stoke-on-Trent, England.
Married with 5 kids (never had any toys as a kid!!!!).
Been playing Acoustic for a year nearly and found this site recently.
May I complement the owners/administrators on a fantastic site.
I have come on leaps and bounds since joing last week.
I've always struggled with strumming but enjoy arpeggio styles more.
When i strum it seems too loud and clumsy because I get a bit carried away.
Anyway, I look forward to being a very active meber in the future..

Rob

hey rob, glad you found this site, it has helped me alot to. Kirk really knows his stuff. Don't think getting carried away when your strumming is a big deal, as long as your expressing yourself its all good. Oh, by the way, thats a cool little strumming guitar player thingy you got in you sig.

Welcome Rob

Don't worry, we won't bar you because of the cheesy gif ... actually I thought it was kind of cute... I'd like to see the shadow behind him moving too though.

Glad to have you here.
