Another newbie!
Hey all. Found this site from Kirk's lesson posts on Harmony Central.
I'm always looking for any info to help me improve my skills, and it looks like this place will be another good resource.
Thanks for having me.
I can’t help about the shape I’m in
I can’t sing, I ain’t pretty and my legs are thin.
But don’t ask me what I think of you
I might not give the answer that you want me to...

Welcome Fireproof. I'm new myself and I think we'll get a lot out of all these resources. Good luck!

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule
Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
