Well after a 25 year lay-off the guitar playing bug bit me, and finally finances
allowed me to purchase a new acoustic about a year ago . Amazingly
enough I did still have a little muscle memory left for about ten chords and a few
blues scales, but that was all . I've been lurking for quite awhile on
different forums, but this is my first post. Glad to join all you nice folks who also
are in pursuit of greater playing.

p.s. I can play an f chord, I hope that does not disqualify me from anything

You may get a few glares from our newer members who are still struggling with the dreaded F chord, but they will get over it. Welcome. Remembering anything after 25 years of not playing is pretty impressive.
