It is pretty normal for a beginner. We aren't used to the 3rd and pinky moving independently of each other. Here are a few things you can do. Hold your fingers out straight and touch one finger at a time to your palm of the same hand. You may have to hold the other fingers up while pushing another finger down. You will see that with the 3rd finger which will try to go down with the baby finger Do this no more than 5 times for each hand every day. Also squeeze a soft ball in your hand one finger at a time to build finger strength. Stretch your fingers apart as far as you can then use the fingers of your other hand between each set of fingers to force a bigger stretch, Hold for ten seconds for each set of fingers. Don't go crazy with these or you wil get sore fast. Shake your hands out for 20 seconds after all this to loosen up again. It is not a bad idea to do these before and after you play. Of course you should also be practicing on your guitar holding down the pinky or 3rd finger while changing the rest to other strings and the opposite. Hold down a chord and move your pinky or 3rd to other strings. Hope some of these help
