hello to all

hi. at long last after an abortive attempt many years ago i've decided i must learn to play this instrument. i've watched this forum for a week or two as a guest, and been totally impressed by the friendly advice and support you all give to oneanother. there seems to be a total lack of ego which, i think, can only be a good thing. i'm sure you'll all excuse my inevitable silly questions and i look forward to many happy times in this forum. Regards dave

I paid for a set up a few months back and it cost £30, there were other shops which would have charged a bit more. Have you played this guitar? Does the £30 include guitar and setup?

OK Dave. It's not important for a beginner to have a great guitar but I'd say it is important to have a well set-up guitar. If you can spare the money, then go for it.
