Hi Thomas !!!

Welcome to the Family, Buddy !!! Its a pleasure to have you with us !!!

I guess both of those are easy, with a little bit of getting used to things :

As far as this Forum is concerned, things are very organised and the people are very-very friendly and helpful. if anythings bothering - just ask !!! The Beginners section of our forum is also great and you could start from there.

For some basic knowledge on Guitarring , you can depend on the internet and Google for anything you wanna know. There are many sites with tons of free info. For an example look at the below site :

http://freeguitarvideos.com/ , this one has a lot of Videos, that you can view and have an idea. try looking at their beginner's section ( http://freeguitarvideos.com/guitar_l...beginner.html), or the technique section (http://www.freeguitarvideos.com/guitar-techniques.html)

The above was an example of a free site, and believe me there are lots of others too ! Just explore and enjoy Pal !!!

I hope this helped you or atleast gave you an idea about things

Kindest Regards and Lots of Care
kush

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
