I'm one of the new guys

My handle on this forum board is Paul-In-Canada and I live in the Hamilton Ontario area.

I stumbled onto this site via another guitar page link. After browsing through some of the various forum topics here ...it blew me away. Great looking forum with all kinds of good topics / discussions / help / and information.

I bought my first guitar and started learning guitar about 13 months ago and today I already own four of them (Acoustic / Stratocaster / Hollow Body Electric / Classical)

I also listened to some of the personal recordings and songs that people have posted here and it's phenominal. From what I see here it gives me encouragement to become a better player.

I hope to hear from some of the other members

Paul

Hi Paul. Welcome to the forum. I drove through Hamilton once at 3 in the morning. There was a red hot ten ton ingot block sitting in the middle of the road all on it's own. I never did hear how it got there. I know Hamilton is a steel town but......LOL

Thanks for the reply from you and the other members who responded. That ten ton ingot probably fell off of a "ingot carrier" when they move the ingot from what they call the soaking pit over to the slab mill. Not a uncommon occurance in a Steel Town.

Indeed there is. It's about 10 miles from Glasgow, where I live now.

It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
