Hi from Tassie!

Hello all

I had bookmarked an online guitar tuner web page a while ago and only recently noticed there was an ad on the web page for the PlaneTalk Method.

This caught my attention and after a few link clicking and the dawning realisation that Kirk Lorange was the person behind it, increased my level of interest as I recall hearing your name from a bass playing friend I knew from school, who played around the Sydney music scene during the late 70's -> early 90's (Ian Belton - Rest In Peace).

I am very impressed with what I have discovered so far and will take things slowly and try to get the feel of the place and how to get around the site.

Thanks for reading my story

>Marty

Hi, Marty, and welcome to the forum. Yes, Ian and I were friends. He was such an outstanding musician, he's sorely missed.

Enjoy the site, there's a whole lot here and a great bunch of members eager to help if you need it.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
