Another Newbie Old But Still A Newbie!
Just wanted to say hello to everyone on this great forum you have here. I just got back to starting playing guitar after about 36 yrs. not that i was any good before. I started taking lessons in 1969 until My Uncle Sam decided to give me a free tour of SouthEast Asia and that ended my guitar playing until now.I bought a Taylor Big Baby guitar and have been reading the free lesssons here and learning alot. I hope I won't be a pain asking to many question and beleive me I'll have some. Again Thanks for a great site!!!

Hi ya, Just started a few days ago, so green lol. Trying to play some basic chords, trying to play on the tips of my fingers, have big fingers i guess, lol Sometimes im hittin the other string with the back of my finger, or something like that, i guess my question is what to do if you have bigger fingers? I know practice, practice, practice, but maybe someone has a suggestion. Thanx

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule
Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
