Hello. Nice place you've got here.
Hello all. Thanks for having me aboard. I stumbled here from Ultimate Guitar site, where I'm a big fan of the Pick 'n Grin videos. I can use all the help I can get, and it's nice to be among kindred spirits.

Welcome Hockey Rocker
You are in a very good place now, people here are all very friendly and the lessons by Mr.Kirk are the greatest !!! Our mods here are very helpful and by the way, i'm too a very great fan of pick's videos and have all of them as a collection !!! and pick is also a mod here. For very correct and quick response you can address your posts to allthumbs who is a very good moderator here. But please post in the forums . Hope that helps you to get settle down nicely.
Happy learning !!!

Good to have you on board. Unless it's something specific, it's probably best not to address a post to anyone in particular as it can put other people off from posting in that thread. Allthumbs will probably still post with great advice, and usually quickly too, but he does have to have a rest sometimes. Don't you?

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule
Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
Buy it now for only $10 |
