Cool site

Heard about the site from UG... during the last vid Pick n Kirk put out. I have had my Guitar for about three months but haven't been able to devote as much time to learning as I would like. Picks "Steal this Video" series on UG has been very helpfull for me... Thanks PICK, I have looked at the beginners lessons here but having problems with the video online and can't figure out how to download them. They don't have attachments except for the backing track. Can anyone tell me where to find the vids for the lessons.

Love this site Kirk

Old as dirt but still trying

Download the WMV. file at the bottom of the page and then save it from your player file menu. You may have to enable your players options to be able to play WMVs. Winamp plays them with no problem. If you still can't get it then post a plea for help to Clancy in the troubleshooting forum.

When I look at the lesson I don't see a link to a vid, I see a small version of Miscrosoft media player, when I right click on it, I get options for the player

Thanks, but I looked for the link at the bottom of the page also, the only attachment to this lesson seems to be the backing track.

Your right. No way to download it. Sorry bout that. It is pretty straight forward so I can see Kirk not doing it. Ask Clancy in the toubleshooting forum how hard it would be for her to add a WMV download to that lesson.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
