ok, so I switched over from bass after a few months cuz I got a free crappy guitar from my friend's sister. (first act walmart guitar with a rusty switch thing!) in any case, I know a few songs and am working on other ones. If anyone knows any good songs that sound nice, aren't country, and a noob can play, let me know

I know some right now, far away boys by flogging molly, overkill by lazlo bane, mad world by gary jules, dance of death by iron maiden, star wars imperial march, and the beginning to jordan by buckethead

well, yes, I realize that, but I am already learning notes from my instructor, and he gives me time to pace myself and stuff. Anyways, he's amazingly good at it

Welcome, try a google search for guitar tabs and lyrics, you'll find a lot out htere. I go to Chordie a couple times a week and print out 1 or 2

I use ultimate guitar alot, those seem to work alright. Currently working on Pieces- sum 41 and learning how to do the frickin' hammer thing (hammer on, pull off) so I can play paranoid. Oh, and, any tips on matching the words with the music, like syncing them? Cuz I can't seem to get it right for pieces. Can someone check it out for me? THANX!

Oh, and fry me up some other animals! XD

« Hey there | Hello »

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
