1st Post! Introduction...

Hello fellow guitar guru's!

Just wanted to take a minute and introduce myself.

My name is Ben. I live in Winnipeg. And I love music. I play an assortment of every genre and can't say I've got a favorite. I play a Epiphone SG special model through a 75 watt Line6 Spider II for electric. And a Samic - Greg Bennett accoustic guitar (for now). I've also got a full drum kit and a Fender bass with a 50 watt amp. I like to play it all! I'm just not particularly good at any of em'...

I was pleased to find a guitar fourm to troll from time to time and gain some new info as well as share.

welcome Str8Axe. I would get an Epi SG over a Gibbie. The neck is much more stable. Good choice.

Welcome on board. There's quite a few 'trolls' on this forum but I'm naming no names.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
