Hey everyone... i just got a guitar and really wanna learn so thats the whole reason for joining...

Hi Amy - you couldn't suck any worse than me. I'd never played a guitar in my life until two weeks ago.
Welcome!
I read somewhere that learning to play was a sort of negotiation between you and your guitar. I now believe it.
So much to learn, so many callouses to build.™
