Greetings from germany!

Hello,
I am from germany and happy to join in now. This is a great site which seems for me to be a place with a lot of nice people to share experience with acoustic and electric guitar playing.

Start playing with 13. ...long time ago... so I am not a beginner but also no professional. Something in-between. What I have still learned is, that I never reach an end in learning from others or as autodidact. I think: "The sky is open and the way is the aim".

I love nearly any kind of music and guitar style which is musically, soulful, and inspiring. But mostly blues, jazz, rock, funk, some folk and pop. Only for Hiphop, Rap and Metal shreeding I am too old .....

My small equipment:
Lakewood D32 (german dreadnough from Martin Seelinger, one of the best guitarbuilder in germany ;-)
Antonio Ruben (classic nylon guitar)
AER Compact 60 II (for me the best small accusic amp)

Jbanez LR10 (Lee Ritenauer signatur E335 copy from 1983, rar, vintage, and wonderful sound)
Fender Vibrochamp (single ended class A with 10" Jensen speaker; think about teedyfying, switchable?, but I need

Korg AX1500 (digital effectboard, sounds? hm..for the price ok..)

Hope that was not too much introduction!

with Greets from germany,
Mirko

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
