I don't spell very well.(Thank you for spell check) Just work with me. First i would like to say hello to everyone. First I do play guitar and i am a beginner. I am not like a lot of people learning to play guitar. I have 2 handicaps. 1st I have a head injury. I don't let it get in my way of doing stuff like playing and building guitars. 2nd thing is that I am missing 2 fingers tips on the left hand. I have learned from alot of guitar players that I would have my own style of playing someday.
Before anyone asks. My head injury happened working on a car. My fingers happened on a bike. Yes i still ride. enough with that lets play guitar.
Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
