hi to all my new friends on this site which i found by accident my two boys bought me my guitar which is an acoustic,i work as a cab driver here in belfast((sorry))and my knowledge of music is nil.i have always loved the sound of the guitar so here i am now ar 60yrs young trying to learn to play the guitar am i wise or not(no naughty comments) please lol,my first problem is or so i have been told is my fingers are a bit thickish,will that be a problem,all your views and your help will be greatly appreciated by me,so i await your replys thank you for reading this,joemerc in wet wet belfast
Not to worry Joe. That has to be the most common statement heard here from new players. The more you practice, the smaller your fingers will seem to get.
