Hi guys
I'm looking at this card for recording electric/acoustic guitar at home. Anyone have any experience of this card? Would it require me to get mike preamps?
TIA

I read about this program called Mixcraft in another thread http://www.guitarfor...oodefunkyloops/ . Downloaded the program demo and mixed this little track within an hour or so. Its a fun program and really easy to use. Thanks to Chris (starsailor) for the link!
Anyway - here it is - in A minor. Hope someone finds it useful and please post your jamming!

b2 in the Pachelbel Canon lesson?
02 February 2008 - 11:21 PM
In the 10th measure of this lesson the tab shows open second and third strings being played together under the F#m. That open 3rd string is a G natural - a flat2 - which seems to me a pretty unusual note choice?
I can't make out in the movie if Kirk is actually playing it this way or not. If its not a 'tabbo' (tab typo) then can anyone explain why it sounds OK ... is it just that its played through quickly, or that its played coming up to a change to G major or possibly because its the 4 of D, the song's key?
Not terribly important in the great scheme of things, but I just like to know

Lemoil - any good?
12 January 2008 - 02:07 AM
I have some Lemoil, described on the bottle as a "blend of pure lemon and organic oils", by KwikFret (an Australian company).
Before I use it to clean/nurture my Palm acoustic, can anyone vouch for its quality. Any comments/warnings? TIA
