Here's a little something I just simmered up in CoolEdit ... Gibson J-50 acoustic, Strat (x2) sliding.

It was the embryo of a song a while back ... it even had some lyrics ... something about rust red dust. This is a new version.

Hi Kirk
Nice clip! I like the tone you got on the strat- very vocal singing quality. Almost like a trumpet.
BTW, I just ordered your deluxe package of instruction, DVD, the works.
Tell me a bit about your setup on the strat for this track, please?
Pickups, amp- what overdrive or effects you are using?
Brass slide?
