This is one I wrote a while back. I wanted to capture a medieval feel - like a bunch of minstels having a lively jam together just before getting drunk on mead, ale, henbane and other savoury delights of that era. (Not that much has changed since ;) )

Now I like that. it's very chirpy and very medieval. I can get the picture of the minstrels . Your going the same way as Richie Blackmore are you.
I love it.:yeahhh:

It is really well played and put together, but I can never listen to anything even remotely like that without thinking of 'Stonehenge' as performed by the legenadary Spinal Tap!

Certainly did it for me fretsource. Very nice. Be interesting if you could jump into a time machine and play that in the King's court. You'd either be judged as possessed by Satan and put to a gruesome death, (for your own good, of course) or immediately promoted to the King's head minstrel .... :)

Thanks guys - I'm glad you agree I caught the medieval feel - even if it reminded Scotty of Spinal Tap on stage tripping over a miniature Stonehenge - Just crank the volume up to 11 and kick it over in time to the music Scotty. :laughingg:

Bravo Fretsource. An excellent feel and sound. Made me want to buy a bottle of Bucky for the full medieval vibe.:callbeer:
I'm getting carried away now. I'll get my coat.
Well done.

Very nice. Particularly enjoyed the middle section.

mcig isn't the effect of bucky more neanderthal than medieval? ;)

Si16, you are probably correct. I suppose the effect has applied to most ages - horizontal and comatose followed by the wish that death WOULD actually happen and PDQ.
You will believe me when I say that I have no actual experience of this. Honest:) I've never touched a drop, well, maybe occasionally, just to be sociable.
Keep on plucking

Wow- that was great fun! Can you just see a bunch of those guys getting together and choppin' heads seeing who's got the best licks? That had to have been the way, I would think.

Thatīs not a bad way to go...Myself, I have a Richie Blackmore-shaped hole burned it my lower brainstem, due to having been hit repeatedly by his playing at a young and impressionable age...Iīm incapable of not liking anything the man does...and this did sound like what he is doing nowadays.

I really liked this one, it made me happy.

Great stuff Fretsource!:winkthumb:
It's amazing 'cause that type of music is still very popular even today.....just ask Richie Blackmore.
