I just noticed that Guitar Pro have a sale on for their app for the iPad, iPod, iPhone - it's only 0.99 until 29 December (not sure what time zone that is) - I bought it for my iPad and my iPod touch. I think it's usually around $8, so it's a good saving and worth having.

Thanks for the heads up on this. Got it, Its a great app.

Looks like the deal is over now, but it's a great app even for $7.99. All the Guitar Pro files that come with Kirk's lessons work in it and it's a lot cheaper than the full PC version... of course it's a cut down version as most apps are.
