Zoom just came out with a new $200 multifx that steals the concept of separate pedals from the Line 6 M series. It's got 3 stomps that can select from about 100 FX incl amp models. But the coolest part for me is that it has something no other multifx in production has... a drum machine synced to a looper. A 40 sec looper no less. Plus you can run it from 4 AA batteries. Yes I know this sounds like it should be in the gear section, but....

I took it to the local park, found a spot on a bench near the lake, and recorded myself (Line 6 Backtrack). It's the G3 drums with a simple rhythm recorded on the looper and some bloozy noodling. A battery powered production.;)

Thanks guys. Zoom just released an update that allow 6 stomps on the G3. You scroll the stomps left/right since you only have 3 on the interface. Also Zoom just recently released the G5 for $300. IMO no other multifx in the price range can touch it. I know Zoom has had a poor reputation in the past as being cheap, but people are really warming up to the G3/G5.
