Here's a song I'm working on. I can't think of lines for the chorus. I use the title twice. Once in the beginning another at the end. Suggestions/overall suggestions?

Verse 1

The sun shines every day,
Here in the city.
but its just ain't enough
Sometimes I feel okay,
But half the time I feel little bitty
In this crowded population.

Verse 2

I want to feel free,
From this tragic clutter.
But I have pay the fee,
If I want to survive.
