New Program - Random Strumming Pattern Generator

Hi all,

After I showed one of my guitar students the random chord progression generator I did he asked if I could add one for creating strumming patterns. It's a pretty simple program and it's based off an exercise I go through on paper with my guitar students to make up strumming patterns.
